Join us to make a huge impact on the world of health.

We create roles around brilliant people

To revolutionise healthcare we need the best people - even if there isn’t an open role, if you resonate with Human Health’s mission and think you can help, please reach out.

Product, Design & Engineering

We're looking for creatively-driven builders who can make thoughtful technical decisions. At Human Health, our Product, Design and Engineering teams need people who want to develop people-first healthcare experiences, so that we can provide access to personalised healthcare to everyone.

Science, Medicine & Research

We’re looking for people who want to use their research or clinical expertise to drive medical breakthroughs for chronic conditions. Our Research, Science, and Medical Teams are pairing with the medical community to develop innovative research projects to better leverage individual health data, and enable more personalised health outcomes.

Growth, People & Operations

We're looking for big-picture thinkers who are highly collaborative in nature. At Human Health; People, Growth and Operations are the hubs of all action, so we need people who can roll up their sleeves and translate our mission of personalising healthcare into practical outcomes.

Something else? Pitch us!

If you think we are missing roles that are crucial to making healthcare more personalised (i.e. a role for you!) - please get in touch at careers@human.health

How we aspire to work together

Fix systems,
not symptoms

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.

Be clear and be kind

Honesty without kindness is cruel. Kindness without honesty is manipulation. Honesty with kindness is integrity.

Enjoy the ride

Having fun is not a diversion from a successful life, it is the pathway to it.

Lean into vulnerability

To share your weakness is to make yourself vulnerable, to make yourself vulnerable is to show your strength.

Simpler is smarter

If you can’t explain it simply you don’t understand it.

Build impact, not empires

You haven't truly lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you.

Creating a world where health is

Long Term

Integrative, root-cause approaches to health are the norm.

Accessible

The best health information is easily accessible to everyone.

Simple & Integrated

Technology needs to simplify (not complicate) health management.

Data-Driven

People rely on real-time, mass scientific data sets to make decisions.

Empowering

You are in control of your destiny (and data) - no-one else.

Personalized

Your health plan should be unique to you, your body and your history.

We are bringing together the best minds in research, technology and medicine to build products that will truly make a difference.

Human has enormous potential for impact. Healthcare is not known to have great user experiences — and product-led thinking is what healthcare systems globally desperately need. That’s why we are incredibly excited to back Georgia and Kate to combine their expertise building simple and delightful products, with their ambition to democratise access to the best healthcare.

It is no secret that there are huge issues with the healthcare system in the US. Affording healthcare is one thing, but even if you can afford to access it, quality care is fragmented; forcing people to search in a variety of places for the best answers to their complex health questions. Human is pioneering a movement towards widespread personalised care, by creating a tool where doctors and patients can access high-quality medical research at low-cost and scale. We are so proud to be a part of the Human story at The Fund.

It’s not often that you meet founders and instantly think “this is a MUST DO deal”. That’s exactly how I felt when I first met Georgia and Kate. The problem that Human solves is so impactful and the fact that Kate and Georgia's personal experiences led to the company’s creation made it an even more compelling opportunity. I often refer to the power of two, and I am confident that with Kate and Georgia’s determination, passion and acumen that Human will realise their vision of building the future of personalised healthcare.
